It gives me great honor to convey the message for the college established in Holy name of the tenth Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Jee Maaharaj. An ideal college of higher education and a golden temple of moral and spiritual awakening for the students of Bihar.

विद्यां ददाति विनयं। विनयाद् याति पात्रताम्॥

पात्रत्वात् धनमाप्नोति । धनात् धर्मं ततः सुखम्।। नीति श्लोक ।।

Education plays a crucial role in developing an individual, society and country as a whole. It is equally important for economic self-dependence, which makes an individual, a worthy and a contributing citizen. A man maybe said well- educated if he follows a healthy lifestyle, if he inculcates positive thinking and if he takes wise decisions and cherishes the idea of freedom, love and service to humanity.A good institution not only educates individuals but also inspires them to become responsible citizens in the society. Therefore, our college aims to provide quality education and instills moral values in our students, helping them to become self-sufficient, respectable and better human beings.
We have well developed infrastructure and well-qualified faculties to provide education of excellence to our students in the traditional subject of Arts, Science and Commerce. We have also taken great initiative along with our highly intellectual faculties in availing vocational education for our inspiring students. Vocational courses like B.B.M and B.C.A. are also part of College courses. I would like to tender my heartiest gratitude to Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Patliputra University Prof. (Dr.) Gulab Chand Ram Jaiswal who has been a part of major improvements and has encouraged our faculties for great work. Heartiest gratitude to Ex. Honorable Vice-Chancellor, Magadha University Prof. (Dr.) B.N. Pandey who inspired to start Vocational Courses in the college and gave various suggestions to make it grand success.

“Aspire, achieve and embrace”.
